School board OKs remedial program
By Brooke Vermillion government@cournernews.com After a state law was implemented for the 2005-06 school year that prohibits "social promoting" of students who do not pass a certain subject, the Russellville Middle School and Junior High School are finding new and better ways of ensuring those students move on to the next grade level.
